• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans.
• Assist in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences and successful service approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
