Full‑Time

• Ensure all payments are correctly entered against accounts.
• Transfer charges to patient responsibility as appropriate.
• Balance daily activities and maintain records and reports.
• Identify errors in payments and apparent aberrations for research and resolution.

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Able to work 10‑hour days the last week of each month, including Saturday if necessary, to complete month‑end processing.
• Ability to enter $40,000 of charges daily.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
• 1‑2 years previous billing/customer service experience (ideal).
