As a Front Office Specialist, you will engage directly with our patients and be the face of our business. You will ensure an exceptional patient experience by performing a wide variety of complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery. You will be able to use your problem‑solving skills to overcome challenges in a fast‑paced environment where you’ll never have the same day twice!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working at the reception desk, answering phones, and greeting and communicating with patients, clinical staff, and Providers.
  • Checking in patients and properly documenting registration.
  • Verifying insurance and other pertinent patient information.
  • Collecting co‑pays and payments from patients.
  • Entering charges and payments into the software system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Six months of related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
