Physician Assistants are critical to the success of our clinical teams and crucial to providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at our 12 MEDcare Urgent Care centers. With onsite digital X‑ray, EKG, common laboratory assays, our teams are able to offer a high level of care to our patients.

Our centers are open 7 days per week, 8AM – 8PM.

• Perform standard office procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management, wound care, and more
• Communicate test results, follow‑up care, and other treatment plans as appropriate

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Two years or more of continuous experience in emergency medicine, urgent care or ambulatory care
• Must be licensed by the State of South Carolina
• DOT certification required
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License required
