• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Review patient medication orders for appropriateness, interactions, and contraindications.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized medication plans.
• Provide clinical interventions and patient education to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies as needed.

• Licensed pharmacist with strong clinical pharmacy skills.
• Experience working in rehabilitation or similar healthcare settings preferred.

• Day shift, Monday through Friday
