About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide medically necessary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based support in home and community settings.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily‑living skills
  • Support behavior‑reduction strategies using ABA principles
  • Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
  • Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress
Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Reliable transportation to client homes in the Gaston/White Knoll area
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency
  • Ability to lift or assist clients as needed during sessions
