Saratoga Medical has a wonderful opportunity for a Respite Care Worker/ Home Services in Columbia , SC .
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
- Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
- Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: LPN, RN)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
