Are you looking for flexible caregiving work with the opportunity to grow your hours over time? Interim Health Care is hiring Caregivers / CNA to help us expand our service territory. These positions will start PRN with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and increase your hours as our client needs and territory grow.
This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want flexibility now while building toward a more consistent schedule over time.

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
- Flexible Scheduling: PRN shifts with opportunities to increase your hours as we grow
- Same Day Pay:
Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit - 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for

- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
- Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
- Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
- Flexible availability and willingness to pick up shifts as needed
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
