Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll help our clinical team provide an excellent patient experience while supporting day-to-day patient care.

  • Greet patients and collect intake information
  • Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits
  • Assist providers with patient care and dermatology procedures
  • Perform point-of-care testing and other clinical tasks
  • Document/scribe for the physician during patient visits
  • Handle patient phone calls and clinical correspondence
  • Assist with faxing, records and other office duties
  • Support the physicians, nurses and clinical team as needed
  • Help deliver safe, efficient and compassionate patient care
What You’ll Bring

Required:
  • Medical Assistant certification through an accredited training program or EMT certification
  • Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a high-volume medical setting
  • Ability to read, write and understand medical terminology
  • Strong patient-service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • EMR/EHR experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Enjoys working directly with patients
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Willing to learn skin care
  • Can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Brings a positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
  • Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with the clinical team
