As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from surgical procedures. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, work closely with medical professionals, and contribute to improving patient outcomes. • Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred
