Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with children on the autism spectrum strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong observational, record-keeping, and reporting skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the direction of supervising clinicians
• Gather, document, and track student data and progress as part of a collaborative team
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity, adapting strategies under supervision as needed
• Communicate regularly with educational staff and behavior analyst supervisors regarding student needs and interventions
• Support and motivate students through daily routines and targeted learning activities
• Respond adaptively to classroom challenges, fostering a safe and supportive environment
