Lead with
Purpose:
Oversee daily dietary operations and help ensure our residents receive delicious, nutritious, and well-balanced meals.
Inspire Your Team:
Lead, support, and motivate dietary staff while creating a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Nutrition Matters:
Ensure menus meet residents' nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, and special diet requirements.
Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Coordinate meal preparation, food service, and kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
Safety First:
Maintain sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Make a Difference:
Work closely with nursing and other departments to ensure residents' dietary needs are met with compassion and care.
Competitive Salary: $50,000–$57,000 per year

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required
Experience in dietary services, food service management, or a healthcare setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of nutrition, therapeutic diets, food safety, and sanitation standards
A caring, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
The ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
