Role Definition:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will perform personal care tasks for our clients in their own homes under the supervision of our team. You will help ensure that the level of care provided is both thoughtful and respectful, in line with our policies and the best practices of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare nutritious meals following the client's care plan.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, and skincare.
• Assist with transfer and mobility using safety equipment.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health conditions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients' families.
• Aid clients in taking medication and maintaining hygiene using appropriate products.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments.

Requirements:

• Complete all mandatory training and educational sessions.
• Possess prior direct patient care experience.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
