• Collaboratewithaninterdisciplinaryteamtocommunicatepatientconcernsandchangespromptly.

• Licenseor Certification:
  • CurrentRNlicensureasperstate regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS within 1yearof hire.
• Preferred:
  
  CRRN certification.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience (preferred).
  • Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience (preferred).
  • Inpatientrehabilitationexperience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strongorganizationalandtimemanagement abilities.
  • Criticalthinkingandproblem-solving skills.
  • Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformed decisions.
  • Flexibleavailabilityforweekdays,weekends,and evening/nightshiftsas needed.
