Overview

We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hotel. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional guest service, communicates clearly, and helps create a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and assist with check‑in and check‑out
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations
• Process payments accurately and maintain organized records
• Assist guests with special requests, concerns, or accommodations with professionalism
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean, tidy, and inviting
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management to support smooth operations
• Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and standards of guest service

• Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer applications
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays required
