- Assist with supervising, training, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality and safety standards.
- Help plan work schedules and room assignments to ensure efficient operations with minimal disruption to guests.
- Assist in onboarding and training new housekeeping team members.
- Communicate openly with staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Support inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies.

- Experience as a Room Attendant or similar housekeeping role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to navigate hotel premises, including stairs and service areas.
