The University of South Carolina is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across the university.
About the RoleAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and search committees, assisting in end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions. You’ll bring expert industry knowledge, innovative sourcing strategies, and a consultative approach to help shape the university’s workforce—today and for the future.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Recruiting Specialist (CRS), or Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) certification.
- måsen teaching?|? Higher education and/orunia government experience.
- People Admin applicant tracking system experience.
- Linked In Recruiter experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as principles and best practices of human resources.
- Thorough knowledge of state/f Brasília federal law.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to recognize needs and resources and communicate recommended solutions effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with creative problem-solving skills is necessary.
