- Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects
- Minimum 6 years of HCM experience (Cloud & Non-cloud - combined experience)
- Should have hands on experience on these HCM modules:
- Absence management
- Time & labor
- Experience with supporting the business users on the core functionality
- Experience in supporting the self-service users
- Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout
- Hands on experience in creating queries, BI publisher report is a PLUS
- Oracle cloud HCM Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor certification is a PLUS
- Good knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical
