IBM Curam Developer – Java/J2EE, AWS, Medicaid Systems & Healthcare Applications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Technical Science, or 4 years of equivalent industry exp
• Curam Certification
• 4 years of experience with the IBM Curam Framework, including HCR and CGIS modules, with strong expertise in profiling and troubleshooting Curam OOTB and custom code.
• Experience with Curam OOTB modules—Workflow, Tasks, CER Rules, Evidence Framework (static & dynamic), IEG, Web Services)—and strong Java/J2EE development skills.
• Experience writing complex SQL statements
• Experience on AWS.
• Experience with Python or NodeJS, React
  
  JS/Angular, and JSON
• Experienced in Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proven teamwork and collaboration experience in professional environments

• Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and process
• Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience

• IBM Curam Framework (HCR, CGIS, and OOTB modules: Workflow, Tasks, CER Rules, Evidence Framework, IEG, Web Services)
• Java / J2EE development
• SQL / No-SQL database development and complex query writing
• JavaScript, NodeJS, React
  
  JS / Angular, JSON
• Python (optional but preferred)
• AWS cloud environment experience
• API development and integration
• Technical Design Documentation (TDD) and data mapping
• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
