Level 3 IT Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a full‑time motivated individual to be a part of the Morris Business IT Team. This senior‑level position is ideal for a highly technical professional who thrives on solving complex problems, leading escalations, and designing stable, secure, and scalable IT environments. You will serve as the final escalation point for advanced technical issues and play a key role in infrastructure planning, optimization, and security.

• 3 years minimum experience in an IT field
• Level 3 Infield experience with installation, configuration and monitoring of small networks and firewalls
• MSP experience
• Server and Email migration experience
• Requires up‑to‑date knowledge of Network Infrastructure in multiple models and manufacturers
• Microsoft certifications including Azure/Entra AD, server build‑outs and Intune
• Server buildout experience both cloud and on‑prem with extension to Hyper‑V solutions for larger VM environments
• SASE virtual Firewall solutions
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail with troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with Active Directory, VPN, and SQL servers is preferred
• IT related Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable experience
• FM Audit, Connect Wise, or IT ticketing software experience is a plus
• AWS server environments with Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
• Certifications in cybersecurity to be able to add more products like CISO packaging is a plus
