Product Manager; DNA Sequencing​/Analysis

Our client develops cutting-edge forensic tools — including DNA sequencing, field-ready systems, and specialized software — to help law enforcement solve complex cases. They serve local, state, and federal agencies with solutions built specifically for public safety and forensic workflows.

They are hiring a Product Manager to lead a cross-functional portfolio spanning lab services, software platforms, and hardware systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help build the product function from the ground up during a critical growth phase.

• Own full lifecycle planning and execution across multiple product lines
• Build scalable, repeatable product development processes
• Partner with science, engineering, ops, sales, and executive teams
• Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and roadmaps to leadership
• Recommend and implement tools to support product management
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across teams

• 5–10 years in product management, ideally with complex/technical products
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Experience building scalable workflows
• Technical or scientific background (e.g., science, forensics, engineering)

• Familiarity with forensic, government, or life sciences markets
• Experience managing software, lab services, or deployable hardware
• Knowledge of product management tools and best practices
