Leads Agile development teams in delivering technology solutions aligned with the Bank’s product vision and strategic goals. As a champion of Agile principles, this role drives best practices, fosters innovation, and enhances team performance through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles using training and practical tools.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile practices.
• Develop strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and cultural transformation.
• Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning.
• Serve as the primary contact for Scrum team‑related projects and applications.
• Coordinate across teams in a scaled Agile environment to meet project goals.
• Lead by example, driving Agile maturity and organizational change.
• Align Agile practices with business processes, products, and technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve and sustain Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Finance, or Accounting (master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master or 5+ years as Project Manager
• Certified Scrum Master and Advanced Scrum Master required;
  Professional Scrum Master preferred
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in coaching teams
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑team projects
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Technical exposure or programming experience is a plus
