Base pay range$52.00/hr - $56.00/hr
Required Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with experience in computer software development, modification, and maintenance. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
- 8 years of experience with government IT projects as a software developer, software engineer, or in a related field
- 8 years of experience building and optimizing SQL statements and stored procedures
- 3 years of experience supporting Water Quality/Safety Information Systems, preferably in a government setting
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET, and C#, HTML, and CSS
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SDWIS, Water Quality Exchange (WQX), SWIFT, and DW-SFTIES
- Experience with Apache Tomcat and Java
- Experience working or collaborating with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- Experience using service/help desk ticket platforms and Microsoft Office products
Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
