Scrum Master Senior Project Manager

• Manage Scrum Teams and oversee the Agile process for the project
• Utilize Azure Dev Ops Boards to track project progression
• Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint meetings to ensure project deadlines are met
• Ensure team members are aligned on project priorities
• Support the loan origination project as part of the project management team

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing Scrum Teams as a Scrum Master in a PMO
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Understanding of test planning and strategy is a plus
• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops Boards

• Experience with large-scale loan origination projects
• Familiarity with additional project management tools and methodologies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies
