• Configure, roll out, and support the Epic Grand Central team with a focus on Prelude
• Analyze and determine system requirements, performing workflow analysis to evaluate user experience
• Manage small to medium projects independently, providing updates to stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for application implementation

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years in lieu of degree)
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
