System One is seeking a Junior AWS Production Support Engineer to provide Level 1–2 support for AWS hosted applications across Knoxville, TN, Columbia SC, Lafayette, LA, and Birmingham, AL. You will monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents using Cloud Watch, Splunk, Linux logs, and SQL.
The role requires 2+ years of AWS experience, an AWS Associate cert, Python scripting skills, and a solid foundation in SQL and Linux. Collaboration with on-call teams and CI/CD release support are essential.
