  • Facilitate review and validation sessions to ensure documented processes accurately reflect operations.
  • Maintain a documentation backlog, status tracking, priorities, ownership, and dependencies.
  • Support development of documentation standards, templates, governance, ownership, review cycles, and repository organization.
  • Analyze undocumented or inconsistently documented processes and convert institutional knowledge into structured artifacts.
  • Manage multiple work streams, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT or technology environments.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow documentation, and technical/business diagrams.
  • Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, service delivery, cybersecurity, or similar IT disciplines.
