Project Manager​/Sr. Consultant

Location: Fort Mill

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead complex technology initiatives for an engineering-focused environment in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can guide cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum practices while maintaining strong control over scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes. The role requires a strategic communicator who can coordinate stakeholders, manage project risks, and use enterprise tools effectively to keep work moving forward.

Responsibilities:
• Direct IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and delivery expectations remain on track.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, support team alignment, and remove obstacles that may affect progress or quality.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, and measurable success criteria.
• Maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, and workflow visibility through Atlassian Jira and related project management tools.
• Oversee risk identification, issue resolution, and dependency management to minimize disruption across active initiatives.
• Coordinate resources across multiple work streams and promote effective communication between leadership, project teams, and vendors.
• Monitor project performance and adjust schedules or delivery approaches as needed to support changing business needs.
• Support initiatives involving Oracle-related environments or processes when project scope requires system coordination and oversight.
