Finance Analytics & Insights Manager

Lead analytics use cases from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and measurement of business impact.

Help modernize Finance reporting, standardize KPIs, improve self-service capabilities, and reduce manual processes.

Connect business stakeholders with Analytics, Engineering, and Governance teams to ensure solutions are both technically scalable and valuable to the business.

Deliver deeper insights around forecasting, financial performance, variances, trends, root causes, and scenario analysis.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS6 to 10 years of experience across analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or finance analytics.

Experience directly supporting Finance organizations including FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance.

Strong Power BI experience with the ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

Technical proficiency with SQL and experience utilizing Python and/or R for statistical and advanced analytics.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across both business and technical teams.

Exposure to Databricks, modern data architectures, data governance, KPI standardization, forecasting, anomaly detection, or reporting transformation would be highly valuable. #LI-HF1
