Corner Stone TTS is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager for a South Carolina state agency client. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week, day shift), hybrid 12-month contract in Columbia, SC, with possible extension. You will lead multiple concurrent infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity and modernization projects, maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers, run project execution and reporting in Jira, maintain Confluence documentation and governance, and serve as the main liaison between technical teams, outside partners and executive leadership.
Required qualifications- PMP Certification
- 10+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Jira Administration and Advanced usage
- Confluence Administration and Documentation Governance
- Infrastructure and Cloud Migration Experience
- Third-party Management Experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1M in total project value.
- Resource holds any of the following certifications: ACP, SAFe, or Scrum
- SharePoint Administration
- Azure Dev Ops Experience
- Medicaid / Healthcare Experience
- State / Federal Government Experience
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Hybrid in Columbia, SC.
- Schedule:
40 hours per week. - No residency requirement stated on the posting; candidates must meet the Columbia, SC work location (hybrid).
- Duration and start 12-month contract; projected start Tue Dec 8, 2026.
