Role Overview This employer is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives supporting one of the largest public-sector healthcare organizations in South Carolina. The selected professional will oversee a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, systems, and operational modernization projects. Collaboration with leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors is essential to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining operational stability and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure and operations projects, including network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
* Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership for assigned projects.
* Utilize project management tools to track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and provide program-level reporting.
* Create and maintain documentation spaces, knowledge repositories, decision logs, and operational procedures to support project governance.
* Design, manage, and optimize project portals and document repositories to support collaboration and records management.
* Facilate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and technical work sessions while ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resource constraints while proactively recommending solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, governance standards, and reporting practices across the team.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** PMP Certification is required.
*
* Experience:

** Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives. Proven success managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1M in total project value is required.
** Technical

Skills:

** Advanced proficiency with Jira administration, Confluence administration, documentation governance, infrastructure and cloud migration, and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications
* SharePoint administration experience.
* Azure Dev Ops experience.
* Medicaid or public healthcare industry experience.
* State or federal government project experience.
* Microsoft Power Platform experience.
* ACP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
