Full-service AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Junior Associate to join their growing team. This regional firm based in the south has a wonderful reputation and room for growth.
This role is fully in office with no remote or hybrid opportunities.
- Represent clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including breach of contract, construction disputes, business disputes, class actions, business torts, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assist with pretrial discovery and fact gathering.
- Appear at court proceedings, including depositions and trials.
- 1-2 years' experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation.
- Juris Doctorate and licensed in good standing with the South Carolina bar.
