Litigation Attorney

Senior Civil Litigation Attorney opportunity to step directly into a Partner seat at a well-known regional firm. This role involves handling new and existing civil litigation matters with a strong client pipeline, and does not require business development on day one.

Ideal candidate will bring extensive experience defending civil litigation claims in construction, commercial, products/professional/premises liability. Applicants must be SC barred. Remote candidates located within SC and barred in SC will be considered, though preference is for someone available to work in the office a few days a week.

• Manage and defend civil litigation matters in construction, commercial, products/professional/premises liability as described.
• Take over new and existing cases and contribute to a thriving practice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to advance matters and align strategy.
• Provide leadership as you step into a Partner seat.
• No immediate requirement for business development on day one.

• Extensive experience defending civil litigation claims in construction, commercial, products/professional/premises liability.
• SC bar admission required.
• Senior level or equivalent experience in civil litigation.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills; demonstrated success in trial or dispositive motion practice.
