Our firm represents individuals in disputes arising from their current or past employment, with various claims such as discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and similar statutes. The firm also handles defamation claims, business litigation, state claims, grievances, and other employment-related claims.

• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
• E-file documents in state, federal, and appellate courts
• Organize and compile discovery documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF tools
• Experience using case management software, specifically Clio
• Prior work experience as a paralegal preferred
• Reliable, professional, and a team player
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach

Hourly wage: $20–$25; will commensurate with experience or qualifications
