Built to serve clients in complex business and construction-related matters, the firm has expanded to multiple attorneys across two offices and maintains a strong regional presence throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia

• Manage construction and business litigation matters with increasing autonomy
• Handle cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, and resolution
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with seasoned litigators who value mentorship and professional growth

• 3-5 years of litigation experience (construction or business litigation strongly preferred, but open to insurance defense candidates)
• Ability to run cases independently and take responsibility for matters
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Licensed in South Carolina

• Greenville or Columbia, SC (flexibility depending on the candidate)
