Represents indigent adults and juveniles charged with serious criminal offenses.  Performs duties without regular supervisory guidance.  Attorney II’s are periodically assigned complex legal matters.

Requires Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Must possess and maintain current membership in the S.C. Bar Association.

Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Experience as a practicing attorney.
