We are a well‑established law firm in Columbia, SC seeking a full‑time Personal Injury Paralegal with at least three years of experience. The position focuses on pre‑litigation personal injury cases and offers a hybrid schedule with two days in‑office and remote flexibility.

$55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution
• Communicate with clients regularly and meet in‑office as needed
• Collect and organize medical records, evidence, and other documentation for attorney review
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, and insurance coverage
• Maintain accurate case files in both electronic and paper formats
• Prepare affidavits and statements for case development
• Coordinate scheduling for depositions, meetings, and interviews with clients, witnesses, and vendors

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
