OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE

$15 to $20 an hour in the a lead driver/mover position. Paid $15/hr during training. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude.*

Tips: average $800 to $1200+ per month (approximately $4 to $8 an hour or more)

Total Hourly (including tips): $20 to $27 + an hour for lead positions

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older and have at least two years driving experience

Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people

Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.

Must have own reliable means of transportation. Like a car, not a bike or a bus pass.

College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but definitely not required.

Experience is not required, but also a huge plus!

We are located in the heart of downtown Columbia at 3100 N Main Street, Columbia, SC 29201.

* During or after training, if you are unable to progress to the lead mover position due to changes to your driving record, disciplinary action, personal preference, or any other reason then you will be given a non-lead position and paid an hourly rate of $13, plus tips and bonuses.
