Job Summary

Marathon is seeking energetic and dedicated team members to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting warehouse operations and donation processing while maintaining excellent customer service and teamwork.

Open availability required — shifts may vary between:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday through Saturday)

Ensure timely movement of goods from the donation center to the sales floor, shipping, or storage areas.

Support positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.

Uphold and promote the organization’s mission and service goals.

Greet customers and donors courteously and professionally.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Handle goods manually or with warehouse equipment in the production area.

Load and unload trucks, as well as customer and donor vehicles.

Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Process, sort, tag, hang, test, clean, and inspect donated goods.

Organize, label, and inventory goods for orders or storage.

Prepare and process items for recycling as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment through janitorial and upkeep duties.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
