As our Materials & Procurement Coordinator, you’ll source every material and fitting a Belong home needs, from plywood and hardware to tiles, stone and lighting. You’ll make sure the right thing reaches the right site on the right day, at a fair price.

You’ll build and look after our circle of suppliers and makers, gather and compare quotes honestly, raise purchase orders and chase deliveries. When materials arrive, you’ll check them: right shade, right batch, right count.

You’ll work closely with our designers, who choose, the Site Supervisor, who needs it tomorrow, and the founders, who watch the budget. You’ll also keep our sample library tidy and inspiring.

  Find, check and look after suppliers and makers we can trust.
• Compare quotes fairly
  
  Gather quotes, compare like with like, and keep costs open.
• Raise and chase orders
  
  Place purchase orders and follow deliveries, gently but firmly.
• Check what arrives
  
  Right shade, right batch, right count, before anything reaches site.
• Keep the tracker true
  
  Keep an order tracker the whole team can rely on, so nobody has to ask.
• Look after samples
  
  Keep our sample library tidy, current and inspiring.

• 10:00 Three quotes for quartz. You spot the one that left out edge polishing.
• 12:00 A supplier offers ‘next week’. You leave with ‘Thursday’.
• 3:00 Hold laminate shades up to real daylight before anyone chooses.
• 5:00 Update the order tracker, so nobody has to ask you.
