Sales Support and Distribution Specialist

What your future day will look like:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication. Enter, manage, and track customer orders while coordinating with sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners. Create and manage purchase orders, follow supplier deliveries, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Coordinate domestic and international shipments while working closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.

Prepare and review import/export documentation, invoices, packing lists, and shipping records to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support sustainability initiatives, compliance requirements, and audit activities while identifying solutions to operational challenges.

Type:
Direct hire

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, purchasing, order management, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One, as well as import/export or international logistics processes, is a strong plus
