Fitch Irick Corporation, based in Charlotte, NC, has over 30 years of experience in affordable housing development and property management. We manage 12,000+ units in 250 properties across the southeastern United States, using a variety of programs and funding sources to provide quality affordable housing.

• Handle rent collections, documentation and ensure accuracy for assigned properties.
• Accept and process prospective resident applications.
• Conduct move‑ins and move‑outs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with designated programs and policy/procedure.
• Ensure all Fair Housing rules and regulations are understood and followed.
• Provide proper training, equipment, and materials for staff as needed.
• Conduct frequent inspections of property.
• Ensure maintenance requests are completed in a reasonable time.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and external clients as needed.
• Schedule and complete assigned projects.
• Maintain the highest professional and customer service standards for yourself and the team.
• Analyze maintenance, administrative, and other expenses to maximize profits while reducing expenses.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or in accordance with business needs.

• Associate’s Degree.
• Affordable Housing Certification (any).
• Preferred: 2+ years of housing experience.
• Physical abilities: exposure to elements, ability to lift, pull, push, bend up to 50 pounds, walk across varied surfaces, exposure to basic household chemicals; occasional PPE due to construction chemicals.
• Interpersonal skills: leadership, teamwork, integrity, communication, critical thinking, ability to understand financial and staffing documents.

• May travel up to 50%.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
