The Facility Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are properly maintained to support efficient business operations. The role includes managing a team, scheduling activities, budgeting, and ensuring safety and compliance.

• Manage a team of maintenance staff and train junior staff as needed.
• Schedule maintenance activities, conduct equipment repairs (heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical), and maintain a calendar of monthly and annual checkups.
• Perform general aesthetic upkeep including painting, basic carpentry, landscaping, and other construction duties such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and welding.
• Conduct building and equipment surveying to ensure health and safety standards.
• Handle pest control issues by spraying insecticide or coordinating with professionals.
• Respond to emergencies, prioritize tasks, and communicate issues to upper management timely.
• Maintain and manage the maintenance budget and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform routine physical tasks.
• Effective communication and people‑management abilities; ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High‑level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
