Inside Higher Ed – Koger Center for the Arts is accepting applications for the Assistant Box Office Manager position.

Department: MUS Koger Center

Position: Full Time

Advertising Salary Range: $45,133‑$55,000

Job Close Date: 02/22/2026

• Work with all aspects of box office operations.
• Administer the Box Office Ticketing system.
• Handle cash, including daily balancing and reconciliation.
• Provide customer service to patrons.
• Use a computerized ticketing system to process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Supervise front‑office team members as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related box office experience.
• Prior experience in a performing‑arts box office is preferred.

• Working knowledge of computerized ticketing system.
• Cash handling experience with balancing to daily reports.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
