The Director at FCA in Richland County - Columbia Metro Area will lead the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across Advancement lanes:
Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. You will work with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission in a strategic, consistent way.
You will provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes, ensuring alignment with FCA policies and biblical standards while building partnerships
