We are currently recruiting to fill the role of Materials/Logistics Coordinator in Huger, SC.

• Input and manipulation of data using software tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office tools
• Receive shipments and verify accuracy.
• Track and enter material receiving data.
• Maintain stock levels of inventory items including general shop and office supplies.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports in support of operations and finance.
• Maintain accuracy and up-to-date entry in the system of record.
• Identify, schedule, and monitor transportation for incoming materials.
• Review, prepare, and route purchase orders.
• Ensure safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor shipments and costs.
• Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.
• Acquire material pricing from suppliers at request of local management.
• May train less experienced Inventory Control Clerks
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane.
• Package parts for shipment.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Required minimum of two (2) years successful experience in shipping/receiving, and/or purchasing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good management and organization skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
