Electrical Assembler

Assembler (Level 3 &
4)

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Wage:

• Assembler 3: $18.00/hour
• Assembler 4: $19.50/hour

About the Role: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. You’ll be working with electronic components and subassemblies in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, align, and secure electronic parts using hand tools or machinery
• Follow work orders, diagrams, and verbal instructions
• Perform basic machine operation and maintenance
• Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Support team goals and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Assembler 3:

• 1–3 years of assembly or related experience / experience with Electronics Assembly
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and light physical labor
• Able to follow moderately complex instructions

Assembler 4:

• 3–5 years of assembly experience
• Intermediate technical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with different assembly processes and quality control standards
• Comfortable training and supporting new team members

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (Assembler 4: may be asked to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or similar environment a plus
