How will you make a difference?

You will be responsible for handling and distributing materials from the shipping department, conducting inventory, shipments and supplies throughout the plant and warehouse, packing wooden/overpack boxes and loading customer orders onto trucks for shipment, and operating industrial lift truck equipment safely and proficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull parts for production areas and accurately stock parts in warehouse locations.
  • Ship and receive outgoing and incoming materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain equipment accordingly.
  • Comply with safety requirements and company policies.
  • Complete production and quality assurance forms.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and group discussions.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities or events as required.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System Requirements.
  • Read and comprehend procedures written in English.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 1 year in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • 2 years of forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer to read and input data.
  • Must be able to work overtime.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑troubleshooting skills.
Physical Demands
  • Wear appropriate PPE such as steel‑toe boots, gloves and safety glasses.
  • Stand, walk, stoop, crouch, bend, work underneath equipment, reach above shoulders and climb regularly.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds unassisted and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Work in typical manufacturing conditions including seasonal temperature variation and occasional exposure to fumes or by‑products.
