Industrial Equipment Maintenance-All Shifts

Description

Effectively perform repairs and preventative maintenance services to ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment. Troubleshoot machinery and equipment breakdown to determine problems and safeguard smooth production;
Participate in equipment installations, modification and fabrication of equipment and facilities; completes repairs on process equipment and related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Effectively performs equipment maintenance and services per established procedures, ensuring smooth production.
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools and production machines.
• Assists all teams during the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of process.
• Troubleshoot emergency machinery and equipment breakdowns to determine the source of problems.
• Performs mechanical duties including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Performs simple fabrications with proper tools.
• Have basic electric knowledge or willingness to learn basic electrical skills.
• Preparing reports and analysis per established policies, keeping accurate jobs and maintenance records, providing effective and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Follow Lockout/Tag out policy.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment t(PPE) where required.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as supervisor instructed, and any other duties as assigned.

Education / Training:

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in industrial fabrication required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
• Completion of OSHA Trainings Highly Preferred

• This job is performed under some temperature extremes, elevated platforms and some hazardous conditions
