General Labor – Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in food production, is seeking a General Labor – Shift 1 to join their team. As a General Labor – Shift 1, you will be part of the Production Department supporting packaging, stacking, and quality inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

General Labor – Shift 1

Elgin, SC

8am-4:30pm

• Pack and inspect products coming off the line for quality issues
• Place products on pallets according to diagrams and specifications
• Assist with line maintenance and regular clean-up activities
• Operate and learn to use pallet jacks and other equipment
• Support changeovers and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and push/pull weights over 100 lbs with assistance
• Good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
• Willingness to work in a climate‑controlled warehouse environment
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
